AirScale ("AirScale", "we", "us") operates an HVAC lead generation and campaign management platform at https://airscale.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact and business information you submit through our forms or during onboarding: name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, services offered, and marketing preferences.
Homeowner enquiry details submitted on contractor landing pages: name, phone, email, location, and the service requested.
Account data for contractors using our client portal: login credentials (stored hashed), portal settings, branding assets, and lead delivery preferences.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and page interactions, used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.

How we use information

To connect homeowners with a licensed local HVAC contractor and to deliver leads to that contractor in real time.
To operate contractor accounts: campaign management, reporting, billing, notifications, and support.
To improve our services and to protect against spam, abuse, and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google user data

AirScale offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If a contractor chooses to connect their Google account, we request the minimum scopes needed to read availability and create appointment events on the calendar they select.

What we access: free/busy availability and calendar events created by AirScale bookings.
Why: solely to show open appointment times on the contractor's booking page and to write confirmed appointments to their calendar.
Storage: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to perform the actions above.
Sharing: we do not transfer Google user data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI/ML models, and no humans read it except where required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.
Revoking access: disconnect at any time from your AirScale portal settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tokens are deleted on disconnect.

AirScale's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Communications

By submitting a form you agree to be contacted by AirScale or a local HVAC specialist by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and lead data for as long as an account is active and as needed for legal or accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing airscaleinfo@gmail.com. Google Calendar data is deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration.

Security

Data is stored with an encrypted, access-controlled cloud database. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by row-level security policies and authenticated APIs.
